Spotlight: cloud-init 17.1 Release

The cloud-init team has released version 17.1. This marks the first release using the new versioning schema.

  • Robert Schweikert is now building cloud-init for openSUSE via the openSUSE build service
  • Integration tests removed dependency on shlex
